Lower Hutt School Holiday Programmes Fees
KIDS DOMAIN LOWER HUTT SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMME has been providing a safe and stimulating programme for over 22 years which caters for the children's different ages, sex and cultural backgrounds while attempting to encompass individual needs and interests. If your child would like to participate in one of our programmes but requires extra support as they can not be part of our 1:15 ratio, please contact Four Diamonds Charitable Trust to have a needs assessment completed
LOWER HUTT HOLIDAY PROGRAMME DAILY FEES:
HALF DAY: 8.30am to 3.30pm....$49.00 (paid within 2 working days of invoice) or $51.00 (* full payment must be received within 2 weeks of invoice due date)
FULL DAY: 7.30am to 5.30pm... $56.00 (paid within 2 working days of invoice) or $58.00 (* full payment must be received within 2 weeks of invoice due date)
TRIPS/VENUES/BUS CHARTERS IS NOTED ON THE ACTIVITY SCHEDULE:............... $19.50
Full payment must be made within 2 working days of invoice to qualify for this discounted rate.

WORK AND INCOME SUBSIDIES - Parents currently receiving a subsidy (this term and last school holidays) your subsidy applications must be received by us BEFORE 3 weeks of school holidays starting (no exceptions). Parents that are NOT currently receiving a subsidy there is a 9 week processing time, so payment will be required up front if your subsidy has not been approved before the school holiday programme starts. Due to the thousands of families applying nationwide there is a very long queue to get your application approved. We do not accept late applications.
Cancellation date(s) - changes to your bookings or cancellations. The last date for cancelling April holiday programme is Monday 23 March. STRICTLY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be given after the cut off dates. (this also includes any bookings received from this date onwards) This is necessary to ensure that we can effectively roster our incredible staff based on confirmed bookings; any drop in numbers means that we may end up with excess staff, which is not sustainable. Additionally, our activities, venues, and bus charters are prepaid in advance, their staff have been booked to accommodate us and our staff invest considerable time in planning to deliver a successful programme. Additionally, we cannot accommodate swaps for booked days post the cancellation deadline. For cancellations before the cut off date you will need to complete the cancellation form https://www.kidsdomain.biz/change-of-bookings-notice-form (A $10 administration fee per child applies to cancellations and changes to bookings made before the cutoff date). A copy will be emailed to you for your records and a copy will be sent to accounts department to action for you - you will receive an email from us once actioned. Texts, emails or verbal notice is not accepted so please follow the correct process.
Need extra days?? If you already have a booking but need extra days and there is availability, you do not need to do another booking - please see the manager onsite or give them a phone call/text and we can manually book you in (please allow 1 working day)
