KIDS DOMAIN STOKES VALLEY SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMME has been providing a safe and stimulating programme for over 22 years which caters for the children's different ages, sex and cultural backgrounds while attempting to encompass individual needs and interests. If your child would like to participate in one of our programmes but requires extra support as they can not be part of our 1:15 ratio, please contact Four Diamonds Charitable Trust to have a needs assessment completed

10% DISCOUNT - Earlybird bookings between now and 8 September 2024

Full payment must be made within 2 working days of invoice to qualify for this discounted rate.

Half day 8.30am to 3.30pm - $44.10 normally $49.00

Full day 7.30am to 4.30pm - $48.60 normally $54.00

* extra for trip days - $16.20 normally $18.00

WINZ subsidy/credit accounts

WINZ subsidy applicants that do not have an account with Kids Domain including if you are applying for a new subsidy applications are required to pay the full amount upfront or have started weekly installments already to Kids Domain (before care will commence). Once WINZ have made full payment of your account the difference or full amount will be refunded back to you. However if you can provide a letter/email confirming your subsidy has been approved before the school holidays start, hours approved and the subsidy rate you qualify for then this will not need to be paid before care commences. The cut off for New WINZ subsidy applications is 2 weeks before the school holidays start, this is due to slower processing by Work and Income for school holidays.

Cancellation cut off date for SEPT/OCT 2024 SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMME

All bookings for the Sept/Oct 2024 school holidays CAN NOT be cancelled/credited from Monday 23 September 2024. The fee is still payable once you have booked as we have rostered our staff and ordered/paid for activity fees. Cancellations received before that date through the cancellation form https://www.kidsdomain.biz/change-of-bookings-notice-form will be fully credited less the administration fee of $5 per day/per child. Children that have 1:1 OR 1:3 supervision arranged is still payable once invoice has been issued. Refunds/Credits are not available from invoice date as your supervisor has been rostered on to support your child. Cancellations can be completed here

Payment plan bookings

To lesson the financial burden we offer this plan: Regular scheduled weekly payments with full balance paid by FRIDAY 11 October 2024. Your first weeks payment MUST be received before your child can start. Overdue accounts will incur late payment fees (refer to terms on booking)
